We offer an authentic representation of where and what we are. Our potential guests may have some questions and most times we have the answers. Frequently Asked Questions are fun to answer.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT : Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is Noon.
Q: I’m already here, can I check in early?
A: If your room is ready, you can check in any time. We want you to enjoy!
Q: My fishing trip may run late, can I have a later check out?
A: Late check outs are considered but case by case depending upon room availability needs.
QUITE TIME : 10 pm. We consider all our guests. Out patio areas close at 10pm.
Q: Quiet time is 10pm. Are we allowed to leave our room after 10pm?
A: Our rooms do not have pad locks installed on the outside to keep our guests locked in their rooms after 10pm. The reason for the posted 10pm quiet time is to remind all guests that sound travels and while some of us are the occasional night owl, other guests like to retire by 10pm. We do respond to complaints by other guests.
Q: Do you allow all types of Animals?
A: We love our furry guests. No we cannot accommodate some exotic animals that require certain humidity and we cannot accommodate any animals that cannot fit into our rooms. Once we were asked if we accept Camels. The answer is, no.
Q: My dog is a service animal, does he have to be on a leash while on premises?
A: Service animals may not travel as pets or with other animals. Pets, regardless of its status, must be on leash at all times on premises. We are allowed to ask what type of service your animal provides.
Q: Where can I take my dog for a walk?
A: Just steps away from our hotel is open space for your dog. Take walks along the waterfront or to the park. We have pop bags for you.
In addition, there is a dog park and a dog beach short distance by car.
Should you require Pet Sitting, just ask the front desk for a referral.

Q: Can I rent a bicycle nearby?
A: Certainly can…just 3 stores south of the hotel.

Q: Is whale watching near by?
A: You are in walking distance of all entertainment and watersports. Rent a kyack or boat, or simply be a passenger. Our bay is calm and filled with sea life.
WHAT THE HELL IS (and other questions that just don’t seem to fit into a category)?
Q: Is that a Nuclear Plant?
A. The tall stacks with bleeping lights is from a rarely operating electric plant that burns natural gas to generate steam to generate electricity to fill the grid. It also uses ocean water to cool the system. Any glow and shine that you may see is from our staff’s effervescent personalities.
Q: What happens if the electricity goes out?
A: No matter what time it is or what you are doing we will wake you up to let you know the electricity is out.
Q: Do you have a Babysitter?
A: Unattended children will be given a cup of coffee and a free kitchen. We have no babysitters. Although, we can recommend a Pet Sitter.
