Rates are Seasonal and Event/Holiday driven. They are also tailored to our Room types.
All Rooms are subject to additional charges for City Transient Occupancy Tax, a Morro Bay Tourism District Tax, and a County Business District Tax. The total of these are currently 14.5%. These taxes and Assessments are calculated on the room rate (less discount if any). These are subject to change.
There is a Daily Utility Surcharge of $3.50.
Retail items, such as Pet Fees, are charged Sales Tax. When booking direct on our website or by phone there is no pet fees charged for up to two pets in a room.
